The Multisports ENC-360 is a step up from the Multisports ENC-200, featuring the same high quality construction, heavy duty steel frame and Lifetime warranty. Made for light use gyms, the Multisports ENC-360 features a 45 lb flywheel and a belt drive system, which provides a smoother ride with less maintenance than a chain drive system.

Flywheel Weight: The 45 lb flywheel is average for a flywheel which means you can get a good amount of resistance, but if you really want to crank it up, you should check out a heavier flywheel. Additionally, Multisports smooth belt drive system ensures you'll get a super smooth ride with less maintenance than a chain drive.
Pedal Type: The dual sided pedals feature Toe Clips on one side and standard flat pedals on the other. Toe Clips are the most secure way to keep your feet on the pedals, but are hard to get out of quickly. Standard pedals don't hold your feet to the pedal at all meaning you don't get any pull on the pedals which can give you more power and build leg muscles evenly.
Seat Adjustment: The ergonomic bike seat adjusts horizontally and vertically with a fully adjustable locking system, so you can get your seat in exactly the right position.
Handle Bar Adjustment: The multi position handle bars let you ride in a variety of positions from a normal seated position to a crouched sprint to a standing hill climb leaning out over the handle bars. The handle bars adjust vertically only but do have a fully adjustable locking system.
Resistance Adjustment: One of the hallmarks of an Indoor Cycle is its flywheel and crank resistance. A turn of a knob tightens the crank onto the flywheel creating tension and making it harder for the rider to pedal, requiring them to exert more force.
Floor Protectors: The self leveling feet allow you to get a stable and level ride no matter how uneven the floor is. However, they don't provide any protection against scratching or wearing, so we recommend you purchase an equipment mat to put under the bike.
Water Bottle Holder: Indoor Cycling is tough, and you're going to sweat, make sure you stay hydrated by keeping a bottle of water in the holder at all times.
